Do NOT contact Whoop

When the trial is competed, please use the pre-paid mailer and metal box to send us back the Whoop, battery and charger cord. We can then go over your data and send you a special gift.

IMPORTANT

If you are asked for payment from the Whoop App, close the app and then open it again. You should not have to enter any payment information. We are paying for everything.
We will notify you when to start to take the capsules.

1. Adjust the Whoop to your wrist and understand the battery.

The Whoop is waterproof and can be worn in the shower and swimming. The battery is NOT waterproof, keep it dry.

Please wear the Whoop throughout the trial.

5. Taking the medication

Keep capsules in a cool place (below 70*F) they can be refrigerated
Take 2 capsules 1 hour prior to going to bed
Each treatment night remove capsules in a vertical rows
You may skip up to 3 nights per week, but make sure you take the treatment at least 4 nights per week.
